Ashish Ajmera (AAJ) Sir of Allen, Kota

Ashish Ajmera (AAJ) Sir-

Ashish Ajmera sir (AAJ Sir) is a very good teacher of Allen, Kota. He teaches physics and he has a good knowledge of the subject.

He is a very good person also. His notes are a bit lengthy and he teaches more than any other teacher of Allen, in Kota. Due to this nothing is left for the syllabus. 

Like all other teachers of Kota he is also concerned with completing the syllabus on time. But he tries to complete it unlike other teachers who are leaving most of the topics and students can't even know about it at that time and suffer during exams.

He always says students to work hard as there is a lot of competition in India. He tells students to make 4 notebooks (for leader students) that are given as follows:-

1. First one is the classroom register which includes all the work which he had taught in class. It contains class illustrations and theory.
2. Second one is the homework register in which students should do their homework given to them by AAJ sir. 
3. Third one is of important formulas which you have to select and write from the first register.

  4. Fourth one is of second time homework in which you have to solve the numerical of second notebook for the second time of every chapter after completion of chapter.

It might seem to be easy but it is not that much easy especially for those students who have taken drop and have only one year to prepare. Also students have to study are maths and chemistry also which makes it difficult. But he doesn't understand students problem and load burden on them. He also checks these registers regularly and if you are caught not doing your work then you have to simply leave the class ( sometimes even for whole year) which I think is not fair. Also he tells doubt to those students only who show their registers to him and simply insults others for not completing registers. Which I think is his major drawback. He also wastes lectures on doing these things ( checking registers, shouting, etc ) . Time is very precious in Allen as most of the syllabus is not completed and most of the portion is left for students to do on their own. These things really matter much to the students as they have wasted a lot of money on coming to Kota and live without their parents, eat bad food of outside, and most important time of one year. Many students in Kota get infected from dengue and can't study for a long time but he doesn't care of all that. 

During revision time AAJ sir only dictate question and tell to answer that and if anyone tells the answer then he skips and doesn't tell the solution to others which also demotivated students.

He never discusses the theory which he had given in homework and during the time he is giving the homework he said to do discussion but then he doesn't do it the whole year. He was the first to close the classes in January after jee mains while officially classes should be taken by him.

He is very lazy in doubt solving and doesn't want to help average students. He only helped extraordinary students who completed their 4 registers and are also getting good ranks in allen tests. Others are like a crowd of no use for him. 

But overall he is better than other Allen physics faculty members.
