Many of the students who are willing to go or are going to Kota have this common question in your mind. You might think that anyone coaching is better than others but it is not so. As I have personally been loved to Kota I have seen many students changing their coaching every year as they thought that the other one might be more better but it is not true. All of them can't realize that you should only have to work hard, no teacher can get you selected in any of the exams.
I am not saying that teacher's doesn't Matter in selection. I also agree that there is a lot of things which teacher can teach to students but you should also accept that in any of the coaching you can't get all good faculties especially in Kota. Coachings here are only for doing there business and every coaching focuses on the extraordinary and brilliant minded students whom they shift in separate batches called as star batches and gave them all facilities like good teachers, staff support, etc. Others who are not in star batches ie., those who are average students are only taken for making money.
Coaching institutions take high amount of fees from the average and below average students and from that fees they have all the facilities to the brilliant minded star batch students. This is the main problem of all the coaching institutes in Kota. But nobody cares about all this as they are earning a lot of money without anyone raising voice against them.
Teachers in Kota are also only want more and more money they leave the coachings to form new coachings like that done by Reliable(which is been separated from resonance this year). Many students of resonance are now confused that where to go and teachers are not to worry about it. In Kota no one cares of your selection as they know that their star batchers will get it for them also they buy the results. Many of the toppers who you see on television, newspapers, magazines, etc are bought by these coaching institutes.
At last I want to say that it doesn't depend on which coaching you are it depends on how much you work hard for your selection.
